DETAILS: Join us for a morning Outdoor Yoga Class in Flag Rock Recreation Area with Appalachian Moon Yoga and Massage! All abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat. If you don't have one, please let us know when you RSVP.

 

Can't make this class? There are several other opportunties during the 2024 High Knob Outdoor Fest week to attend a class at the downtown Norton yoga studio. Classes are held at 5:30 p.m. Monday, August 12; 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 14; 9 a.m. Thursday, August 15; and 6 p.m. Friday, August 16.
